WHO WE ARE
Working to build an affordable tomorrow
A bunch of smart, sincere folks brought together by Bernard to assist him on this venture of helping people buy better homes. Although we work in different professions, there’s elements of it that prove useful for this platform too. From research to writing to networking, it’s necessary to exercise our skills here. We are constantly putting in our best effort day and night to give you the information you need, to take a step towards your permanent place of dwelling. What are you waiting for? Get started and shoot us questions as they come. Then, go out there and buy a house.
WHAT WE DO
Supporting your housing dreams
Troubled by the difficulties of navigating the housing market, Bernard had the idea to launch an informative platform that can provide help, a little or a lot, to the scores of people out there whose dream is to own a house. So now, we sit together; brainstorm, gather data, look through statistics, and curate content that is both informative and (hopefully) engaging. Through this, our aim is to educate many folks and encourage them to consider the option of owning a home. It may seem difficult, but it’s definitely worth it.
What we value
There’s no doubt that we love having fun. But, when there’s work to be done, our full focus goes to it until we finish it up. We work as a team and help each other out as much as possible. No stress, just work and play!
What matters more, professional growth or personal growth? People may have different answers for it, but we believe that both are equally necessary. In fact, sometimes personal achievements may take precedence and that is absolutely okay. Everyone should be encouraged to pursue their passions, because without it, the world would be a dull place to live in.
Building professional connections is so very important in this day and age. But it’s easy to stick to the business side of things and overlook the personal aspects of it. Remembering that everyone has a vibrant personal life, and knowing to honor it is vital to both individual as well as organizational growth.
Showing up as your most authentic self is not easy. Being accountable for your own actions, especially in a workplace setting, is also not easy. But it’s not easy we aim for, it’s real. To establish trust, it is crucial that every employee takes the responsibility of being their most authentic, most real, and most reliable. We may falter, we may fail, but we will try over and over.
Transparent communication amongst all individuals in a group ensures that there is a smooth flow of information, and that everything happens on time. The secret is to keep everything out in the open, and keep discussions free-for-all. Again, trust plays a major role for transparency to come into the picture. Ideals are to be aspired to, reality is what happens.
Bernard Stout
Hello there, and welcome to my site! My name is Bernard Stout, and I’m a recently retired builder turned interior designer and “blogger” (as the kids call it) to share my thoughts and experiences that I’ve learned over the years.
Here at Tales from the Conspiratum, my goal is to debunk the myths and conspiracies surrounding the hurdles you face when creating and maintaining your perfect home. I have heard many young people say that they would prefer not to own a home because it’s too expensive, and I think that’s ridiculous! Of course you should own a home, and I have made it my job to make you realize that you CAN absolutely own a home.
With 15 years’ worth of experience previous experience as a self-employed builder, I have developed numerous homes to suit the client’s specifications and helped create their ideal home. This includes anything from plumbing, home safety, fitting kitchens, and bathroom to more recently helping with interior design work.
